What exactly do I receive?

Two things, instantly by email: a personal 16-character access code, and a PDF guide for each category you unlocked. The guide lists the brands covered, typical minimum orders and lead times, and how to contact our sourcing contact.

How do I get the actual catalogue and prices?

Message our sourcing contact on WhatsApp and paste your access code. They can see which categories your code covers and send you the matching catalogue, with minimum order quantities and prices. Every price includes shipping.

Why one contact and a username rather than supplier numbers?

We use a single confidential contact rather than publishing supplier numbers. It keeps our suppliers' identities private and protects you from imitators. One contact also means one place to ask questions, and the same standard of reply every time.

How fast will they reply?

Usually within 4 hours. Replies come in UK daytime and evening. Allow for time-zone differences if you message overnight.

Are the goods genuine?

Yes. Stock comes from returns, verified liquidation, grey-market imports and authorised wholesale channels. We do not deal in replica or counterfeit goods.

Is there a minimum order?

Each catalogue line shows its own minimum. Many lines start at a handful of units, so a first order can be small. Prices shown on the catalogue include shipping, so what you see is what you pay.

What does 'refreshed every season' mean?

Catalogues are updated as stock changes. Your access code keeps working and your order page always serves the latest guide, so there is nothing extra to buy.

Can I get a refund?

Because the code and guide are delivered instantly, we can't refund once they've been used. If you don't receive a catalogue within two working days of sending your code, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. Full details are in the refund policy.

Are you affiliated with Vinted or the brands you mention?

No. We're an independent service. Brand names describe what the catalogues contain. We sell access codes and guides, not goods.
